Why did you tear down this home? – we looked at several options before going the demolition route. We ultimately decided best option was new construction.

Are you going to build a McMansion on the lot? – We are working on final plans now, but the plan is to construct a single story ranch on this lot, that will have the look and feel of other homes in the neighborhood

What about the trees? – We are making every effort to save the trees

Are you just an evil developer attempting make Ridglea Hills just another Tanglewood? – The investors lived in the neighborhood, good friends and family still live in the neighborhood we have no intentions of damaging the fabric of Ridglea Hills
